A detached modern bungalow set on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the village of St Ishmaels. Turnstones is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style throughout to a high standard, all on one level, the large, modern fitted kitchen has French doors out to a paved patio ideal for enjoying a summer barbecue with steps up to a sloping lawn to the side of the property. The spacious L-shaped lounge/diner has cosy sofas to relax on, while the bedrooms make welcome retreats after busy days exploring the stunning surrounding coastline and beaches.

Conveniently located with only a short walk to the popular village pub - recommended for food; while Sandy Haven and Lindsway beach, as well as the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, are less than a mile away. A short drive takes you to Dale with its sailing club and excellent pub The Griffin right on the waterfront, recently named best seafood establishment in Wales, it is ideal for water sports lovers with its hire and tuition centre, while there are a wealth of excellent sandy beaches to explore including West Dale beach, Marloes Sands and Musslewick.

Martins Haven is the departure point for boat trips to the wonderful Wildlife Trust Island of Skomer, conveniently nearby. Visit Skomer Island to see the puffins, manx shearwaters or seals depending upon the season, it is sure to be the highlight of any holiday.

The bungalow is in on an estate in a small cul-de-sac accessed from a road. Access to the bungalow is directly onto a paved parking area which has space for 3 vehicles. There is a level paved area around the property and a large paved patio area to the rear. The patio can be accessed from the front of the property and via French doors (small step) from the dining area, kitchen and 1st double bedroom. 3 steps lead from the patio to a grassed lawn area which is sloping. The main entrance to the bungalow is via a tiled hallway through a 804mm UPVC door. The property is a single storey bungalow with 804mm wide doors to all rooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with work surfaces and a low level oven. There is a spacious lounge/diner with central light fittings as well as wall uplighters and a standard lamp. There is a remote controlled TV and for other audio visual equipment. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 spacious doubles, one of which has an ensuite with corner shower cubicle (small step to access) with whb/wc/bidet. There is also a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The family bathroom is fitted with a large shower (small step to access), a full size bath with whb/wc. Service dogs welcome. The village of St Ishmaels is served by a shuttle bus. The stop for this is situated approximately a quarter of a mile from the bungalow.
